AVO Silicon intake

Hi Guys, Long story short I bought an AVO Silicon turbo inlet for my GC8. I bought it with the intention to fit it but after a bit of bad luck and a house move later I never got around to install it. I have got everything back together and was looking to fit it. I was just wondering if I was missing...

Re: GC8 turbo intake pipe

Hey guys, this is the crack I was talking about in my post. Do you think it is large enough to cause stuttering / hesitation when i put my foot down? Its after the MAF sensor so it will be letting in air which hasn't been calibrated from the MAF but is it large enough to make a difference? Its my fi...

Re: What exhaust should i get for my rs2.5 impreza

On my last N/A car I got a custom exhaust made for it. Cost $500 including install and a ceramic coating. It was a 2.5" Mandrill bent cat back mild steel with sports exhaust and resonator. I would recommend going to an exhaust shop and getting quotes for a custom system, the price could surpris...

Re: GC8 turbo intake pipe

I have the AVO silicone pipe and fits nicely and good quality. I think the performance gains were so minimal I didn't feel any improvement after it was fitted and retune but you'll notice more induction noise. Get the avo. Goes all the way to the airbox. At least my gd one does, and that gc8 one lo...

Wanted: Subaru Impreza WRX spoiler

Im looking for a 1999 - 2000 Subaru Impreza WRX GC8 sedan spoiler. Just as to be compatible with a GC8 I dont care about scratches ⁄ dents ⁄ chips. As long as LED works. Prefer local pickup. Show me what you have.

I've done a conversion of most of my bulbs and from memory they all are: Head: h4 Fog: h3 Rear indicator: p21w Reverse: p21w Brakes: p21/5 / rear fog: p21w Indicator bumper:p21w / side: t10 Parkers: t10 Maybe, don't quote me there. Boot: t10 Roof: ~31mm I think. The map lights are the same. Cluster...

Re: Loose windows and scratches

I have just inquired with Subaru and replacements are $27 each. Considering i would need 4 it would cost about $108. I was thinking just replace with an equivalent material. But i'm unsure where to get the material from and if there is a better / more durable material to use Any suggestions on how t...

Loose windows and scratches

My question is, if I DIY a replacement, do I have to use felt? Can I use something else like cut up a micro...
