Yeah I reckon that is incorrect for the wheels and is more about the stud spacing in mm.

Those of you with STis, DO NOT torque to 114.3!!!!

It was the wrong figure inserted in the translation of the manual, 114.3 is for the rims...

Some people have apparently snapped bolts trying to get to 114

Proper torque is 80 ft/lb. on the caliper bolts.

I haven't looked at the torque settings but I think you may be getting confused with the wheel stud pitch which is 114.3mm for STi's.

Yep bonnets are interchangeable.

Are you sure? Not that I am an expert but I thought the top hats would all be the same in the GD series including WRX and STi right from 2002 to 2007 irrespective of them going on a 114.3 hub or a 5x100 hub? I think you must have incorrect top hats fitted to the struts.
