Polyurethane shifter bushings - 2016 sti

Postby zrb » Tue Nov 28, 2017 1:09 pm

Just wondering if anyone has installed poly shifter bushings on their sti? I picked up the Perrin brass ones, but realised the brass is only for the wrx. Not sure why they don't make brass for the sti.

I wanted to know if it's worth it over the stock hard rubber bushing and do the poly bushings wear out quicker? Also if the poly bushes make a noticeable difference in terms of removing that sloppy feeling.

I got the Cobb kit, front and rear bushes.
I would recommend against installing it. It brings in lots of transmission noise into the cabin.
