Intercooler pipe question

Postby Ezy10z » Wed Jan 25, 2017 1:41 pm

I have a APS R Spec FMIC on my GC8. The hot side hose that runs underneath motor needs replacing. This particular hose appears to be like radiator hose rather than silicon like the rest of the kit. The closest size pipe I can get is 2" but the aps hose internal diameter is about 2 mill larger. I'd assume being a couple of mm smaller wont impact flow. Underneath the motor the very end of hose end opens to 2.75". Would it be worthwhile increasing the diameter to 2.25" or just stick with the 2".
