Mr. Throttlehappy Tuner

Postby WrexYu » Tue Jan 10, 2017 5:00 pm

Hey All,

Just wondering if anyone has used Matt aka Mr Throttlehappy from Coffs harbour NSW. He was recommended to me by a workmate and have seen his name come up on other forums. Has anyone here dealt with him? Im still running stock 2010 WRX so was looking to a tune and this guy was recommended.

Thanks in advance :)

Yep, had a tune... Then constant revisions as it knocked constantly.
In the end requested the money back guarantee, was refused... And now refused lifetime retunes.
Google throttle happy in the ozfoz forums and in particular "popping engine".
My advice message Eric from torqued performance. $150 US and better service/quality tune.

If you in Victoria, definitely go see Warwick at GotitRex.
Otherwise if your comfortable with logging and loading tunes yourself, you can get an etune done by Eric as mentioned above. or Graham from Boosted Performance.

GotitRex - http://www.gotitrex.com.au 03 9318 0550
Graham - https://www.facebook.com/BoostedPerformanceTuning
Eric - https://www.facebook.com/Torqued-Perfor ... 6469209950

Personally I have had a tune from Throttle Happy.... and i was another who was not happy. I have also tuned with Eric which was a great experience and I got great results. But by far the best was getting a proper dyno tune by Warwick at GotitRex. Getting a tune in person allows him to easily identify potential issues and work with you to plan your upgrades so you end up with exactly what your after.
