Thanks for the pic's bud .. Looks sweet .. I think I might go in that direction .. I'm being lazy now but I'll ask .. Does it have the option for a USB stick .. ?? And was it easy enough for you to mount it yourself .. ??
On another note I like your gauge set up .. Ive been meaning to put some gauges in my car but just havnt got there yet .. Do you find that the Gauge pod you have there sticks up a little to far .. ??

Yep, has the option of a USB which is a cable that runs around the unit and I have sitting in my cigarette bay (i'll get a photo). Dead easy to install, I just bought a $20 adapter off ebay and it was essentially plug n play, you'll just need to ground one of the wires if you want to play DVD's whilst driving.

The gauges are fine, they're only 52mm and it's just the standard ATI pod that everyone buys.

I've only had it on for a couple thousand kms and it's already cleaning up some of the oil in the IC. it all helps in the end I guess.

Ironed out a few issues which involved removing ECUTEK, a re-tune & preparing to go flex fuel.

Here is a comparison from the day I bought the car versus today, a completely different car to drive! Just goes to show that you can't measure drive ability by peak power figures as it's only a 15kw increase!

Really happy with the car and work from the guys at Got it Rex! punk

That's a huge increase in the midrange! Peak power figures mean nothing for driveability. You have heaps more power where you use it, and a huge increase in torque, peaking at lower rpm as well. It must give you a solid shove in the back now!

Got it rex definitely do good work. I am very happy after taking mine there

No.
The only AUDM cars they were factory-fitted on (and AU-fitted by the way) was the 'tuned by STi' Impreza and Libs.

That's what I meant. Our Ver 6 sti has one stock ( carbon fibre with sti on it) and the pig sti in the pics would have had one as well but it has been replaced with an aftermarket one because of the different intercooler...yes ??? No ???

No. No STi came standard-issue with a brace from factory in Australia. Not your GC (even if it has an OEM one now), not an 06 STi.
They may have offered it as an extra accessory, but it would've been optional.

There were select few models that Subaru Australia included with a brace from sale
-Some of the newer (07 onwards) 'tuned by STi' models (still a WRX, not an STi)
-Some of the Gen4 'tuned by STi' Liberty models.

No front brace does sweet F all in my opinion, it's just there for looks - if anything it just gets in the way of the intercooler

It's only an Ultrex light brace sprayed red
