I think the pink STi filters are actually a race only item... they have a higher flow and "high temperature seals"....

Agreed. I needed to drive one wheel onto a 50mm thick bit of timber to get the drain tray under the sump, but otherwise there's adequate room to move. I'd have preferred stands, but not really a problem to do without.

im abit sad that it took me about 90 minutes to change oil... Jacking up a lowered car and undoing a bolt that had been rattled gunned up took the longest time , you get a good feeling after doing work on your car. :roll:
