-The purple wire should be connected to engine RPM if you want to use Self/Learning and RPM based settings
- The purple wire can be connected to the injector signal wire to monitor fuel injector duty cycle

So it's up to you what you want.

Is there any way of changing the reading from Bar to PSi?

No, but its really not that hard.

Approximately:

1 kg/cm = 14psi
1.1 kg/cm = 15.5psi
1.15 kg/cm = 16psi
1.2 kg/cm = 17psi
1.25 kg/cm = 18psi
1.3 kg/cm = 19psi

I'm getting around 1.09kg/cm, so what does that equal to?

^^^^ Ready Reckoner says about 15 psi...

Or http://www.mn3s.org/conversions.html is a good converter.

Look in real terms, the difference between 1.05 and 1.1 isn't going to blow your engine if the tune is conservative.

Attempting to install mine this weekend too... Just a bit worried about HACKING my ashtray, but it seems to be the best place for the AVCR...

I really wish this pictures worked, I need them so badly as this is the best tutorial I've found so far and I'm still having trouble..
