STi logo gear shift surround painting

Postby Atreyu » Tue Aug 09, 2016 10:50 am

This is a very simple yet effective mod.

What you need:
    Nail polish
    Nail polish remover (acetone free)
    Make up remover pads
    Masking tape

You can use nail polish to cover the logo and then wipe the top with nail polish remover (acetone free).
I did three coats of polish and used a makeup remover pad with a small quantity of nail polish remover to remove the excess after each coat.
Masking tape was precautionary just in case I spilt or flicked some on the plastic surround.
