Buying a 2001 Liberty GX

Hello everyone I am new guy here. I am buying a subaru liberty 2001 gx AWD (dont know what gen) for $3500 with Rwc
it have done 140000kms and is in good condition (just a small dent on read bumper).
But No rego, so i was just wondering that

-is it a good deal?
-how long usualy subaru engine runs
-is 140k too much? according to price?

also its my first car so after purchase what thing i should keep in my mind?
all suggestion are highly welcome

The Subaru engine will last well past 140,000k's if serviced and maintained correctly, the appropriate price for the vehicle will have a lot to do with the condition of the car in regards to body, interior, suspension, tyres etc so it is hard for anyone on the forum to give you a definitive answer there.
