2015 sat nav system - speed camera alerts

Hi guys
Just took delivery of my new car. Playing around with the nav system and can't get the speed camera alerts to go off when approaching. Have turned on the setting, and selected each alert type (speed camera, fixed camera, average speed camera etc) and selected "visual and audio alert" but still no dice.

Suggestions?

I've contacted Subaru Aust. on this very thing, they tell me they believe it's possible, but no one can give me a solution. I've updated the software and still no success. Any help on this would be appreciated.

i have a2015 MY16 Sti Premium and pretty sure it all works...
when a camera is on the map, can press the icon or the "i" information button and it will give u details of the camera or hazzard
im sure i loaded a screenshot in a previous thread
