Front I'd recommend some good quality 6" splits - Focal, Hertz, etc

Will need some spacers for the front - Aerpro APS324 is the model I believe.

You can use the oem tweeter brackets in the door panels and some double sided tape (3M) to secure them or mount the tweeters on the A pillar.

You should be able to mount the crossover on the door panel.

Rears you can fit some 5.25" into the oem hole but they also do spacers if you want a shallow mount 6" in the rear.

Headunit wise, Pioneer, Alpine, Kenwood I'd look at.

Be sure to get the ISO harness adapter for the Subaru to ISO then ISO to whatever brand of unit you choose.

They are available online or at any JB, Repco, SCA or Autobahn.

Means you simply unplug your standard headunit, plug the ISO adapter in and then into the new headunit.

Only wire you may have to tap and loop is the switched 12V - that needs to go to the white wire with a black stripe on your Subaru harness for the powered antenna in the rear glass.
