Another for Tony and staff at URD. URD have presented as professional, knowledgeable and just plain nice to deal with.

PS - wonder if Tony O'Bree or whoever subaru has heading up marketting this week is aware/approving of the involvement of STI in this forum? it hardly seems professional to me, then again we are in the age of twitter/"twits".

PPS: good followup Les, the comments towards drumming up numbers just seemed a little unusual, nothing more, nothing less but understand it is in jest

Sti hardly professional hmmm and yes i do have approval to be involved on this forum, pm me if youd like to know who at head office? . Then again i could just mind my own business & not help another member with any issues i find easy to fix and helpful. This thread for me has no benefits in anyway and infact i find quiet amuseing. Maybe if youd done a little homework u could see who i am and what im about :chair: Not a good start for your 1st post

some reason my complaints about STI docklands got deleted....are the mods on here working for sti?

Many months back took the day of work to take the car there, when booking on the phone a few days prior they said it will be oil + filter + other stuff + sparkplugs...got quoted $390...i asked the bloke on the phone to double check and he said its correct and all that work would be performed...

I rock up to STI 8am in morning, about to hand over keys and i ask the old bloke there what they doing (i wanted to double check) and he said only oil and filter...i told him about what happened when booking and that ive taken the whole day off work for this, his only words "sorry"

i'll be happy to pass my details via PM to any Sti members involved here and they can see on there system im not making stories up....

Taken the car lately to URD and i couldnt be happier. team down there and honest and reliable and easy to talk to....and helpful if there are any problems....although the only bloke helpful at STI has been Vin, and he has helped me out a few times.

Hi all,

Another Happy URD customer here.

Only today i picked up my brother-in-laws Version 5 after it required some work to be done.

Thanks again, the car is much better now. Hopefully next time you see it, it would have had the front touched up :)

Sorry Tony, your only going to get busier... We have 3 of em ;)

Regards,

Scott.
