Some projects I have completed recently.......

Postby Sime » Wed Jun 15, 2011 7:05 pm

Hey all,

Business has been plugging along and it's been some time since I posted anything in my sub-forum.....just wanted to share the results of some jobs that I have recently completed:

1976 Ducati 900SS Cafe Racer (full repaint of tank, all fairings, metalwork and frame). The blue painted stripes were custom matched to the decals:

Thanks Murray. The side stripes were computer cut, but the top stripes were hand laid and painted on.

Thanks guys.

The EVO owner is actually a former WRX owner! I suggested that the boot would look awesome if we didn't put the badges back on, and he agreed.

Yes, and she is a lovely girl, too!

The funny thing about it is that she was all into getting her wheels repainted and it seemed that her BF didn't care too hoots! Normally, it would be the other way around.

Sorry my friend!

I can't actually remember the colour on the Liberty wheels, but I believe the Mazda wheels are a Toyota Charcoal.

PS. And, thanks Kev! Glad you like.

Love the work on the Ducati. You don't have any photos of the whole bike do you?
Evo looks stunning too.

Thanks Scott!

The Ducati owner is currently putting the bike back together. I know he had to send the tail section off to the unholsterer to have the seat done, and apparently the upholsterer is slow because he is in demand (may take up to 3 months). Once the bike is done, the owner is bringing it in so I can take photos. I believe he has another one for me to do as well. I think that one is a '75.

Cheers,
Sime
