AFR question

Postby Ezy10z » Thu May 17, 2018 1:29 pm

I recently installed AEM wideband and the AFR at WOT seems to be around 11.5 to 11.6. On a dyno graph from last year the AFRs looks closer to 11.0 to 11.2 around 6000-7000 rpm but it was tuned in much warmer weather. Would the cold weather lately cause leaner AFRs? Knock reading is around 16-20 so all good in that area. Should I get another dyno tune done or is the 11.5-11.6 AFR safe enough?

Depends.

1. Same mount location as when it was tuned?
2. Same wideband?
3. Same engine load?

What you're reading is fine. Low 11 is on the top rich side as it is.
